who can tell this connector?

dear all:

I browsed the internet but could not find a 3 pin connector, the 3 pin is in a shape of cross but the forth pin is a position indicating notch. This is an old model from ericsson's fiber splicer.

could you help me to find the equivalent part number (female and male)?

A PDF file on megaupload is overkill for this purpose ..
