Weird capacitor part number

Anyone else use EPCOS MKP capacitors?



I have here one of these,

300V 5.6uF specifically. What's weird is, the drawing states the top is labeled with the "type number". Notice the tables refer to "ordering number", not "type". Now, according to the table, this unit should be B32674D3565K. But it is actually marked as "M104146361 67D
5u6 K 300 V5". So is it the case that they can mark these however they damn well please, or do they mark them differently (I assume the number has meaning, but it's not in the datasheet), or is there something fishy here?

In this case ordering code may not bear any relationship to marking code. They would be different codes encoding different information.
