VGA monitor alignment software?

I remember back in Win95, there was a utility to calibrate a (CGA) CRT monitor. Anybody know if there is something similar buried in XP? Haven't found it yet.

Needed to adjust a VGA monitor that is embedded in a CNC milling machine. Couldn't find any utilities that came with the CNC. As a work around, I used my laptop's external monitor connector. Set the display to solid color background (Red) and did the purity adjustments. The icons on my desktop gave me enough edges to align on. Not the best but it worked.

Ultimately, found that one of the machine operators had used a magnet to hold a print to the side of the steel console that houses the monitor and controls. I ran a big home-brew degausser over the case and it all seemed to be OK.
