I think there was once a true/complement TTL gate, with one input and complementary, time-matched outputs.
I guess you can get close with one dual XOR gate.

Good luck buying em!
An ECL buffer with balanced outputs does the same job. For other voltage swings you can use a long-tailed pair - made with wide-band transistors if you want speed.
