What its composite? How does it melt at 275F ? And I see it's like 7.8 conductive to copper or some number like that.

93% tin, 4.6% indium, 2.3% lead

It's the Indium. TIX is a nice compromise between the goopy indium solders and the harder Tin/Lead solders
