I'm after a TINY touch screen (mono) LCD display. Target module dimensions are 45mm x 35mm (max) Don't care too much about exact resolution. Does such a thing exist that's relatively easy to get? Any ideas?

Mobile phone? My Mio A701 has a 60mm by 45mm colour touch screen. Bigger than you want, but not much bigger.

2.7" lcds can be had from earth, mostly color tho. I see some cell phone color lcd on their site.
