WRT Bush,many people don't realize how much one needs to know to pass fighter school,or how much management a military officer has to master. Flying fighter jets/ACM (and surviving)is no easy task.

and even the lowliest officer is responsible for managing enlisted men and women. That's direction,performance reviews,counselling,etc.
