I am in Singapore to find a job. I used to be a PCB designer when I was in Myanmar. And I need to study the PCB conceptions here. I know the basis, however, what I do not know is with the things I need to do to become a qualified PCB designer internationally. Lie yourself into a job and get experience - being a good designer comes from experience.
Look at what CAD packages they ask for in the job advertisements and learn to use the most popular or the second-most popular system (to be different).
