These as well as the FQT4N20L are MOSFETs that can switch 200V with true logic level gate drive, meaning guaranteed Rdson at 5V. Problem: Neither Fairchild nor Infineon sample these and distributors will not break reels. That's the pitts if you just want to validate a design. Asia would be no problem, it seems life is better there for a discrete designer. But with customs and all it takes too long.
Is there any (reputable) dealer that sells small qties of FETs like these? But please, none of these secretive RFQ businesses...
