Yes. I get a lot of these calls. For example after taking out the thermal reliefs in supply planes or providing meander traces to even out prop delays. Or in the old days, those 'Dremel capacitors'.

For a cheap coating, use solder mask.

If you have mosquitoes in your equipment, then you need better pest control, like dump the water out of all those old tires in your back yard. ;-P
