hi, i am after a VERY simple circuit to make a switch debouncer , using a toggle switch ( on/off )
prefer something using something like bc548/bc558 transistors , etc..... i need to use it to toggle +5v to switch banks in eproms. thanks, mark k

Just a simple RC circuit might be all you need. You can also specify bounce free switches.
coupled latch using 2 2-input NAND gates. Connect the common terminal of the switch to ground. Connect the other two terminals to the remaining inputs of the latch. This circuit works because the common contact terminal of a SPDT switch does not bounce between the other two contacts.
