The R and S are active high. Bummer... :( Sucks up all the NORS in quad NOR package.

2 NORS to make an oscillator.

And finally NOR #7, the final gate.

So.. 7 NOR's total and a NOR to spare.

2 chips and simpler pcb routing for the power bus.

Ehhh...not bad... Might be better than routing a power bus for four 6pin chips..
