What could i use for TX and RX data packets at some 300 meters in open field?
Maxim ASK transmitters have low power.
May i increase it?

Try TI. They bought Chipcon about a year ago, an made some of the products better:

You didn't specify frequency, data rate, antenna restrictions, etc. The link above is for low rate, low power stuff.
