I hoped "Sci" (the prefix for this newsgroup) might refer to science. A human methodology where all ideas are scrutinized and openly questioned and reasonably considered and then ultimately leads to refutation of denialists, and other forms of idiocy.

Mine are about $1600 for a 2600sq.ft. 3 BR, 3-1/2 bath house with=20 granite countertops everywhere. They were almost $6000 for a=20

1700sq.ft. 3BR, 2-1/2 bath house, in VT. The value of the houses is=20 equal.
