China's Armed Police is introducing RFID technology to replace the traditional paper label with fine-designed RFID tags to examine army vehicles. This is an innovative application in China's military; it's expected to improve the efficiency of annual vehicle examination of Armed Police.
Transportation fuel agent of Armed Police's Logistics Department worked with Beijing Tsing Hua Electronic Ltd, Co to develop RFID tag, which is consisted with passive electronic chip and exterior synthetic material. Electronic chip contains vehicle number, ownership, annual examination, environmental inspection, insurance, access control and other information. The life cycle of RFID tag is 10 years.
