Request For Model, howto?

Now that ADI acquired LTC and continues to support LTSpice, whom should I ask to create a detailed model of the ADI's ADP1074? Do you have any practical experience with the relevant procedures? I have no doubt that they have a lot of parts waiting to be borged into the model library, just want to make sure they have this one on their list, too.

Best regards, Piotr

You might get a response.

Jim Thompson claims to be willing to knock up behavioural models of parts for money - probably quite a bit - but if what you wnat modelled is similar to a part he has modelled it might be cheaper.

Mike Engelhart of LTSpice has posted here, so the LTSpice hierarchy does involve at least one real person ...

I'll bet Analog's stable of switching-supply ICs will not have LTSpice models developed for them. Especially not older parts. Maybe some especially-significant new ones. The built-in isolation in the new ADP1071 and AP1074 may be such a case. They're probably thinking about it, but hey if you have a million-piece application ... In that case you want to exert influence through the sales dept.
