I have a Guillemot PCI sound card with a Yamaha chipset, and its a great little card. Excellent sound. Only $30, hard to find in the US.

I do not agree.
It isn't that they are "hard to find" here. The problem is that they are an absolute no name, wanted to be a big vid card / sound card player but never was, so so quality maker. So no one here even has one that would admit it.
Far better can be had for $30, and even in new condition.
