Let's play with Bernoulli's equations. The wind blows around the office building. Air inside the building is still. Air outside is about 60 meters/sec (about 135 mph or CAT3). Differential pressure is
1/2 the air density times the wind speed squared. That's about 2800 Newtons/sq-meter or about 0.4 lbs/sq in. For a 4ft x 8ft glass wall office building window, that's 4600 sq inches or 1830 lbs of pressure on the window. I don't know the design load limit for a typical office glass wall but my guess is that it's not going to support an 1830 lb load.
