Is Muesli a brand or category like granola? I've seen it in local (Bay Area) stores but don't remember where.

Probably. Fact is, I used to like Toblerone but the version here ain't my cuppa tea :-)

So, we (or rather my wife) make most stuff from scratch. Ice cream, mousse, tzatziki, almost everything.
