Hi, i have studied bjt but i have same questions to do...
1)if i have a npn bjt with Vbe>0 and Vbc0 and Vbc>0 the current Ic is positive or negative?And the current Ie? i have also a question about heterostructure: if the heterostructure is in thermal equilibrium the fermi level is equal to intrinsic fermi level always in x=0?- posted
