They do that, too, but they can find more things to tax with the extra pictures. Not everything is visible from space, or they would have tracked down 'dimboob' by now.

FL isn't the only state without an income tax.

Keith

I knew that, but I didn't realize just how many there were...

It takes quite a lot of cloud to shut off non-concentrated solar power.

.

A lot of CO2 does seem to have caused a global extinction or two. There weren't any humans around to be driven to extinction back then, but a little too much feckless optimism might do the trick for us now if we keep on burning fossil fuel with our current enthusiasm.

Artificial subsidies are one way of getting production high enough to ramp up the economies of scale. Breakeven is expected between 2040 and

2050.

Nuclear waste is clean? It may be sterile enough, but I don't want it in my back yard.

Have you looked at the average elevation, and water tables in Florida?

Build a hill first.

Like in New Orleans, where all the graves are built above-ground. Nobody wants to see their dear departed being lowered into a pit of muddy water.

With what? You would have to truck anything in other than sand from out of state.

Yes. Some people don't grasp the concept of mostly level ground, with a high water table or that most of this region is over the Florida aquifer. You don't put a building underground, right over pourous limestone, unless you want to fall through. Some areas already require lots of driven concrete pilings to support large buildings and bridges. More concrete in the pilings, than the actual buildings.

Get a secondhand sub from Russia, and bury it in the garden.

Rather hard to do, since they never finished the Cross Florida Canal. If they had, it would have passed about 150 feet from the corner of my back yard. Too many protected trees there, now. (AKA 'The Florida Greenbelt')

I bring you solutions and all you do is complain!

They aren't solutions when they don't work.
