People were talking about buying an old TekProbe power supply box, to use old Tek fet probes with modern scopes.

I think it's about $300.

Pretty expensive for what you get, but of course it's a niche product.

If you have the bench space, the Tekprobe 1103 is about $150 on eBay and has two channels.
