I wanted to build a variable dc supply with maximum voltage of
12v.When the resistance across the rehiostat is zero the regulator output is 12v. But the output increases above 12v when Ivary the resistance across the rehiostat above zero.Is that what should happen? if yes why is that? if no what should i do? If you can suggest me another way of desigening variable dc power supply also....
