Power Bridge 3 Phases

Hello,



I'm looking for a =B7Power Bridge 3-Phases as International Rectifier IRAMY20UP60B, with all integrated (driver, IGBT, current sensor, temperature monitor,....).



I need one for higher currents, because IRAMY20 is for 20 A and I need about 30-40 A.

You should be able to run 2 of them in parallel and get at least 30A without problems.
