Does anyone know of a good program that would log the total amount of time that specified programs are active (eg. have focus) on a PC?
For example, it might log to a file that winword.exe window(s) had focus for a total of 47 minutes today.
I don't need (or want) keystroke or URL logging, stealth and other spyware/remote access features, the purpose is simple time management.

Perhaps something based on this or the system api ?
