A 100 W RTG 24/7 with battery storage is enough for heating and 'tricety in a home. RTGs create lots of heat.

Here, you would need one to generate electricity to run your A/C and a second, much larger one to power the A/C to remove the heat generated by the first one.

In the winter, there would be no need to use a heat pump for heating. The A/C would simply be cut back since the RTG heat would far exceed the level of heat needed.
