Heard this in NPR the other day:
In an attempt to ready China for the hordes of foreign visitors to the Olympics, many businesses have made efforts to accommodate them. One notable move has been to include English on many signs. A Chinese restaurant in Beijing has dutifully modified their name on the sign out front by adding:
"Translation Server Error"
