Hi All,
I have imported a drawing from Auto Cad Release 12 ( .dxf) . It opens fine in Orcad Layout release 9.0. The orcad is taking the whole design as a foot print of one component.
The drawing carries rectangles, squares, squares and ovals. I need to change the drawing. The orcad is showing me all the parts of the drawing as Obstacles. I can change the width of these obstacles but can not copy or edit them.
I am thinking that If I get this footprint in the libraray manager as a foot print then I can edit it easily. but I do not know how to take this drawing (foot print) to the Library manager? Has somebody done anything like this before. Please get back to me.
