I am working on amplifier with requirement of fixed gain 1.5 at frequency 5-15 KHz. I am not able to find a suitable circuit. any help...

You need to look way at the _front_ of your op-amp book. If you don't have one and you're in the US go to Rat Shack and see if they have an "Engineer's Mini-Notebook" on operational amplifiers.
