I want a +V = 3-15V comparator with PP output and at least -V rail. Bias doens't matter. Propagation under 200ns for 10mV overdrive.
CMOS are all either low voltage (5 or 10V max) or stupendously slow (>>2us).
LM393 would be fine if someone put a damn CMOS buffer on it.
