Can anyone identify the mystery NXP IC? Can't seem to find anything out about from the usual searches:

The application is a "Razer Panthera" arcade-style controller for the Sony Playstation/PC.

Hi,

Seems like an authentication device. You might search on nxp for A71CH, although not much detailed datasheets available to the public.
