Hello Jim,
Could that question indicate that Ohm's law has been repealed because it was deemed unconstitutional or something? Dang, I knew I didn't read today's paper carefully enough.

Judge Patel of the 5th Circuit Court decided that Ohm's Law is not in fact a Federal law, and furthermore it violate antitrust statutes because you can trust it.
