Moisture sensor HIH 3610??

Anyone have any idea what moisture sensor chip HIH3610 with 4040 printed 2 lines below I should purchase? It appears to be sub by HIH 4000 series. There are 4 different sub units 001 - 004. I have determined this I need either a 001 or 003 by the lead shape but I have no idea what the difference between the 2 sub units, 001 or 003, is

I have a RainWise weather system and the exterior units moisture sensor is defective, $70+ for replacement circuit board. I believe the HIH-3610 is substituted by Honeywell to their HIH4000 line. if correct does anyone have an idea as to where to begin to look for a replacement?? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

The 3 and 4 come with calibration data. Interchangeability is +/-5%
