modeling solid state switch in HSpice

I have a problem to model a switch in HSpice. I would like to model a very simple switch which is periodically switched between on and off state every 25ns with transition rate of

6ns. I hope that someone would be able to help me out. Thanks! regards, Phyu

Read the manual...

VSWITCH

VPULSE

You will need both.

When God created the societal class of ignorant assholes he decided they should all be employed as HSpice developers.

They were instructed that, wherever possible, they should deviate from any standards established by Berkeley Spice.

Thus they have designated it as "Voltage Controlled Resistor Switch (G)".

I really feel sorrow for you. You should try to escape ;-)
