Photo taken with a Cybershot through the Mantis hood?

No, just macro mode, handheld, big ancient 7 mpix cam. I did use the Mantis for illumination.
The top mark leaves no doubt about what kind of part this is. But the concept doesn't scale.
NDFA would make more sense.
Cheers
NRND?
This is also the top mark of LND150.
For SOT89, the mark of LND150 changes to LN1E.
Originally, LND150 was not offered in SOT23; it's electrically similar to LND250.

I think the silicon is identical.
NDEP is an accident, or a pun.

How about NR_O_D?

NENH and PENH are old-hat, I'd really like to see a PDEP :)
piglet
I really want PALN.
(Not Sarah, although she is cute, too.)
About seven years ago Supertex realized they were causing confusion, and added a SOT-23 version of the LND150, using a universal package ID scheme: TO-92 LND150N3, SOT-23 LND150K1, SOT-89 LND150N8. These three types are well stocked at distributors.
The 150 and 250 seem to be identical, although the 250 is better specified. Both are very consistant as regards Idss, around 1.6 mA.
I just tested one for gate breakdown. They zener at about +-40 volts with no apparent harm.
Fun part!
