I have an EclipsPlus flop running off 3.3 volts and want to drive thegate of a phemt with minimum delay. The flop swings just enough, 0.8volts p-p, but the DC level is a volt or so below 3.3, so I have toshift it down. The ideal gate voltages are about +0.1 (on, slightlyenhanced) and -0.7, off.I considered this...which is simple but it has to be tweaked, and the gate voltage willstill track any drift on the 3.3 volt supply.Thishas a split path: fast AC coupling into the gate, then a slowopamp-based DC path. There used to be such service on various American airlines. I'd drop a tube of drawings at the check-in counter, the _pilot_ would take it with him to San Jose, where my associate would pick them up at that counter. ...Jim Thompson

That is around an order of magnitude lower than the MMBT3904.
