Can you make a resonator on pcb? Loop coupled capacitor plates?

Garage door openers used to use pcb-based oscillator resonators, maybe some still do. Stability is pretty bad. FR4 has an atrocious TC.
People make cool microwave filters on PCBs, usually a better laminate than FR4.
