This is either the same thing from last year, or someone posted this at the beginning of 2004, when it would have been too early to pick winners.

Hey. IT's still funny.

A political issue? I simply thought it was funny. Apparently SOMETHING got to Scott, who knows what. Maybe the reference to chivalry in the subject? What title would Scott have chosen?

I read an account by an American guy who went into Hiroshima just a few days after the Japanese surrender, to observe the effects of the bomb. I think he had one GI as an escort. The Japanese were universally polite and helpful, and after the initial concern he said he felt perfectly safe.

Serious error. All shortcuts have disappeared. Screen. Mind. Both are blank.

We all know REAL men are *HARD WORKING* for their families and wives and country. Perhaps working for *YOUR* children, that *YOU* procreated with a virtuous woman worthy of *YOUR* love which you bestow on those you

*VALUE* for their *HONORABLE VIRTUES* is not laudable, but expected of any intelligent, rational human.

But the culture comrade Hill's depraved socialists universities and government advocates, where men, the oppressive patriarchy, are obligated to serve the feminist victims they have systematically oppressed by servitude and rape for centuries, have no honor in providing for their families, but a guilt of shame and debt they must work off.

Men are enslaved to fear, under an obligation of guilt and shame, not producers of valor and honor, in their careers.

Comrade Hill, like Scott Adams, George Carlin, Al Frankin, Michael Moore, Whoopie Goldberg, et. are constantly projecting images of servility, degradation to the end of domination by a fascist-communist (Boleshevic) government-academia complex.

They are the racists. You see them in political cartoons lampooning Condoleeza Rice as a stupid "n***er" (and Rice is quite a genius as evidenced by her academic record!) - using bad English, because she is black yet doesn't advocate "liberal" values. Just yesterday (Friday,

12-10-04) C-Span's Washington Journal allowed shills to call in saying it didn't matter how racially "diverse" Bush's cabinet was (the most racially "diverse" in American history, more diverse in fact than Clintons) because those of other races didn't subscribe to the "liberal" (communists) party line.

Comrade Hill is doing the same; playing on racial stereotypes (statistically true they may be) of Irish, Arabs, and Russians. You sure as hell wont see Comrade Hill humiliating orthodox Jews or Blacks on their racial stereotypes!

You Fucking Hypocrite Hill! Take your God-damn Boleshevic pornographic propaganda and shove it!

In a few years, according to how the war in Iraq and the ability of "Homeland Security" to create an American police state and gulag, one camp or the other, Boleshevic s or Fundamentalists, are going to get shoveled into ovens after some "flu" kills those without the political clout to get vaccines.

Sometimes it is necessary. I keep hoping "W" will apply the Hiroshima/Nagasaki method, but I'm not sure if it will work with an

*ungoverned* people.

That was also my father's impressions... universally polite, and he had no safety concerns... just couldn't cope with sashimi ;-)

It's a very useful word.

This _is_ just a joke.

As in presenting a spoof awards for being good men, to men demonstrating a shortfall of noble quality.

Scott Adams is _just_ a cartoonist. Whoopie Goldberg is _just_ a comedian.

Michael Moore seems to be doing a worthy task. Everyone should speak up if they think the politicians elected to serve the public are busier serving themselves or those who paid billions for their election campaigns.

Few people want to live in states that suppress such criticism - e.g. communist/fascist regimes. Right wing or left wing, they are not very different when taken to extreme.

... are places to learn how to think, not what to think. One observes, asks questions, and evaluate.

Really? Please tell us where to find examples. From the intensity of your tirade, one would think he has an underground army of genocidal androids ready to murder us all.

Well, that's nothing to complain about.

Seeing as he co-authored a great book with a Paul Horowitz who I guess may be of Jewish descent, I'd guess he gets on with Jewish people.

And most of us heed the wise words of the Monty Python song "Never be rude to an Arab". Annoying Arabs is foolish and often fatal, as recent events show.

Are you having some kind of nervous breakdown?

Paranoid hysteria this long after the cold war definitely suggests something is wrong.

Have you tried de-caf?

You write that as if it would be a good thing. The world has been there, done that, and it wasn't.

Good point! In order to enjoy the benefits of not having people annoy us we should kill those who do. Excellent!

Get your facts straight. Just for the record, I am not and never was a university prof, I'm an experienced EE who manages an EE lab at a (formerly-private) research institute. That means I work hard solving measurement problems and designing instruments. I've done this in one form or another for my entire career. For example, in 1972 I founded and ran for an oceanographic instrument company (with 30 employees, design and sell products, manage disputes, meet payroll every week, get it?) for 15 years. There's much more, e.g. old mill- building owner, etc., but let's hope you get the point. However, I know some never do... Furthermore, what if I was a prof, so what?

So, you call half the country communist? Shame on you. Get a life.

Pure unadulterated BullShit.

Oh, and BTW, I'm not pissing on you here Scott, as you complain some have done. I'm simply standing up for myself after your unworthy tirade against me. It's you who's doing the wrongful pissing.

That wasn't my point at all.

I can't see any logical steps to arrive at that statement.

Murdering people just for merely being annoying is not 'excellent'.

Yea, it is funny, ironic since men often work to support women the tables have been turned, and ironic these men are being honored!

Years of working for government contractors and government universities with people that subtly demeaned and insulted me, in sick corporate cultures, and exposure to a sick decaying national culture have taken its toll and I have something like paranoia or PTSD, and make rash evaluations regarding intentions.

You seemed to fit an enemy profile I have; 1. university prof, 2. liberal/Democrat advocate, 3. art that can be interpreted as propaganda;

Therefore I concluded you are probably a Boleshevic pig that wants to make men feel guilty and worthy of servility. "Once is an accident, twice coincidence, three times enemy action".

Perhaps you didn't mean any malice; I thought it was funny too.

Sorry for the insults. We should stick to electronics here, so we can advance something we have a mutual love for without our politics inhibiting us. That will be damn hard for me, my philosophy, politics and religion control the context my advocation (electronics) is employed in.

I don't believe you can be good by doing good things for bad people.
