The USN "accidentally" killed 290 people on Iran Air flight 655 in 1988. The incident was caused by a never ending succession of incompetence, misjudgments, confusion, negligence and unwarranted panic. Every one of the responsible parties was awarded a medal.

It was an accident. The odds that Baldwin put together a plot to deliberately shoot her are astronomically low. If there were areguments and walk outs taking place over gun safety or such, then the odds increase as a disgruntled employee factor has a higher likelyhood than a Baldwin plot.
To me, it could have been a Trumper who introduced a live round into the mix in order to smear Baldwin in some way and that way turned out to be the tragic death of a fellow human being. I would not put it past that cult set of unamerican retards for a femtosecond.
