If one accidently touches the metal part of a cooking induction cooker, will she or he get not only burned but also an electric shock?
Metal part? You mean the chassis? That's grounded. As far as I've seen the coil is always behind an insulator. It would be a good idea to keep any rings or jewelry away from it.
