There seems to be a flood of very ignorant (totally uninformed ) questions from people with GMail addresses recently.

They seem to think you can learn basic electricity from a few questions on a news group or maybe they are really from Google Groups.

How can we get them to go to elementary school and then maybe ask reasonable questions?

First. You need a brain! Second. You need to know how to ask the question!

Nope. 0C is only a refrigerator (mine is set to 34F). Freezers must get down to 0F.

But you can dial the temp up.

Containers have high temperature variations. You need to circulate the contents fast enough to maintain any degree of accuracy.

A frost free standard freezer cannot be used to maintain temperature, because it doesn't. The inside temp varies while it defrosting.

I,m sure they have them but I have never seen one whith digital displays, and where you can set the time of defrost, not just some rotating cycle that tends to defrost during the day when the fridge is used most often.

greg

I cannot imagine any freezer which cycles a compressor holding to a degree or less. Some other system is needed.
