IC for charger in I/O plug for GSM?

Hi, all,

I am looking for ICs for charger in I/O plug for GSM. Its spec. is below and also it will be used in Russia with GOST anyway.

Input: 5V@1A Output: 4.2V@800mA

I knew one, ISL6292B, Intersil.
