To have created such annoyance that some jerk is sending me buckets of viral-laden spam.

It's non-effectual. Did you really expect it to be?

He has, more than once, deliberately insulted my wife in the coarsest way. So, no.

He probably thinks I'm responsible for his getting spam, under the assumption that his own vicious and grotesque behavior is normal.

He has killfiled me, and any followups to my posts, so of course he won't see this.
