Good Automotive Electronics Book

Hi

Can anyone recommend a good book on automotive electronics? Covering parts, quality issues, designs etc?

Regards

Klaus

I have a copy of "Understanding Automotive Electronics" published for SAE International by Butterworth-Heinemann in 1998. It's sorta out of date, but it should give you a clue as to where to look. It's a so-so book but gives you ideas.

I also have "Understanding Automotive Electronics", but I've found it disappointing. It's good if you have absolutely no idea of what's going on, but it's useless for practical purposes.
