I an looking for any information on a General Electric device

Probably an opto device DIL 6P

Marking is

GE D4007

The 803 is a batch or date code. Year 1980 week 3?

A Google search gets nothing as does a NTE cross check

I got a bunch of these from a closed down of a manufacture so it could well be a special order.

Any help, pointer or a data sheet would be appreciated.
