Freedumb

Jim Jefferies is a great comedian. I like his style. He also makes very good points, especially about gun control.

Here is the full show. It covers a lot of other topics.

Another Australian who knows what's best for us. Like Slowman.

He can go f*ck himself too.

We don't know what's best for you - we just know what's better for you than the silly ideas you do seem to have.

It's not difficult to second-guess somebody who doesn't know much.

Better informed people can be left to look after themselves, but there's a duty to discourage ill-informed people from shooting themselves in the foot, or electing disasters like Trump.

I'm sure your permissive attitude will be appreciated for what it's worth.

I would have thought you would appreciated that one jurb. Did you watch more than 10 seconds of it?

The full version has something for everyone. I.e. he is offensive to feminists, the disabled, muslims, you name it.

It is extremely offensive material.

(And very, very funny).

For once Jamie has hit on a popular solution - rather later than everybody else, as you'd expect. There were a whole bunch of people smugglers in Sout h East Asia who liked nothing better than charging refugees loads of money to put them on small boats which would then try to sail to Australia.

Australia didn't like the idea, and the people on those boats that didn't s ink ended up in "off-shore processing centres" with a promise that they'd n ever get into Australia.

This isn't seen as a particularly satisfactory solution, but it seems to ha ve worked in the sense of discouraging people from paying money to people s mugglers.
