FM transmitter - with IC - similar to BA1404

I need schematic for FM transmitter (88-108 mhz); and that uses IC for TX. RDS compatibility would be desirable. Output power doesn't matter. NOT BA1404. A MUST: Something that is better than BA1404 and that doesn't use 38 khz crystal. Thank you.
