We topped out at 106°F.
Reminds me of the movie, "Dances with Wolves", with the tongue hanging down... the coyotes go by here on the hillside looking like that ;-)

Hello Jim,
This is a great movie. Just sad at the end where Two-Socks is senselessly shot. Whenever folks around here (mostly "flatlanders" from the Bay) say they don't like all this wildlife and don't want them here we usually tell them in no uncertain terms that they better get used to it and not harm any. After a while they usually get used to foxes and the huge birds around here, or they move back to the city.
Imagine my surprise! Fahrvergnügen is actually a real word! (it means "driving pleasure", according to Google, but it seems you have to include the umlaut. :-) )
Apparently, I took my Veltfahrt a number of years ago, while I was in the USAF. ;-P
Cheers! Rich
I'm a little partial to Wodkawasser myself. ;-) (of course, we can't neglect a few good Einatmungs von Hanf! ;-) )
Cheers! Rich
It seems that the last couple of weeks the weather in So. Cal has been kind of "inside-out" of the "standard" weather in Minnesota. In Minnesota, it's gorgeous out all week, while you have to sit in the office, and on weekends, it rains. In So. Cal, the last couple weeks, it's been gorgeous outside during the week, when you have to sit in the office, and on weekends, it's 120F in the shade, so you still can't actually _do_ anything. )-;
Thanks! Rich
Well, the animals _were_ there first. :-)
Cheers! Rich
