Hi John, Wrong the on the Memphis front! I grew up there, and while they don't go into it as seriously as here in SoCal, they definitely design with seismic in mind. Actually, UofMem is one of the premier earthquake research centers, or at least it was a few 'mumble' years ago... 8-)

No Problem, there would still be a lot of damage, cause there is still a lot of older construction, and lots of brick!
