hi i want to make a digital switch for my thermal conductivity measurement of nanofluid system.i have to supply 1 volt and around 500 mA Current from it. plz suggest me suitable circuit design.

I think we can use any analog switch cmos IC Please refer to National semiconductors For cmos based analog switch ICs. I have used for 5 volts and 500ma It works fine.
